Esalaam and hello Chef Zadi,

Been reader of your blog for a while now; learning much about DZ cuisine from you (even more then my ILs) you have put DZ cooking into a whole new light for me. I even started my own blog last year LOL!

So to the point of my post, love to try your blends - would they be a long chance availible in DZ also?

dave

Chef Zadi,

Thank you for the beautiful blends of spice. Don't forget the Taouk spice, which is my favorite for kabobs
Afghani (Kandahari style).

Thanks,
dave

I'm not quite familiar with these spices but they just spiced up my interest. Got to start learning more about them. LOL.. anyway, thanks!

Great! Thank you!

Thanks so very much! This is just awesome. Now, would you be so kind as to name all those spices? For the less-spice-oriented amongst us, some of those spices are a real identification problem...
