Chef Zadi's Mediterranean Creole Spice Blends
I'm preparing samples of my Mediterranean Creole Spice Blends. If you'd like some for testing email me your address. Supply is limited and I will not be able to send them out to everyone who requests them.

I just discovered that you are preparing samples of spice blends and I would like to test them if you already have some. By the way, do you know the spices we put in the Hrira of Oran, Because a friend of mine gave me some but I cannot determine the ingredients and i really want to find out how to prepare them because here in Quebec except the "Anatol spices" in St Laurent street, there in an iranian shop in the china town where we can buy many spices but not algérian ones except couscous spices, too bad!

I love za'atar and make all of my own spice blends for service at the restaurant. I would very much like to try this Algerian spice blend. Being a chef from American Creole country, Louisiana, Mediterranean Creole sounds very enticing.
