2 Algerian Shrimp Escabeche (Skabetch) Recipes

The first one is dressed with a salsa tomatich (tomato salsa). The word salsa is actually Arabic in origin. The second one is dressed with a spicy chermoula. Both take about 10-15 minutes to prepare and at least 8 hours to marinade. Serve with a salad and kesra or khobz for a delicious and light summer meal.

Je vous remercie pour l'interret que vous porte pour la culture de notre pays,surtout le domaine culturel car nul ne s'intéresse qu'on se croit parfois sans HOTELracines,ni culture. Il suffit de voir à notre est ou ouest pour comprendre l'empleur de çe désangagement et le désintéressement de la par de tous. Nos voisins Tunisiens ou Marocains on pu rendre la cuisine Maghrébine la leur comme si l'Algérie n'existe meme pas.Bravo et mille Mercis pour cette initiative louable SALAH.
